Please note that access to services and the recharge transfer service will be temporarily suspended during the specified time. We ask for your understanding.
We will make further efforts to reduce system errors and malfunctions and to provide better services and information.

  • Precautions when charging payda
  • When charging, if the deposit is made to a different account of the same member other than the registered account, the charge will not be processed.
  • If you do not apply for recharge and deposit money into the account you received when applying for recharge, the recharge will not be processed, and the application will go through an internal inspection process during business hours (excluding weekends) and you will be notified of the processing result 24 hours later.

To improve convenience and security, we have updated the authentication methods as follows.

  • ② Phone Verification Code : A verification code containing random numbers will be sent via SMS to your verified phone. You must enter the code within 5 minutes to complete verification.
  • ③ Simple PIN Authentication : When first selected, register a 6-digit PIN. After registration, you can authenticate transfers using this PIN.
  • * Google OTP registration is mandatory once when registering bank transfer accounts.
  • * Additional identity verification added at first login.
  • * Phone verification applies after identity verification during login.
