In such cases, our company cannot process recharges through customer service, and refunds are only provided through an account in your own name after internal review The inspection time may be delayed up to 24 hours based on maximum business hours, and refunds may be restricted if fraudulent transactions are suspected.

Our company recommends using internet banking and mobile banking, excluding open banking, for smooth charging processing. Please take note of this to ensure a convenient experience .

PAYDA plans to conduct weekly server maintenance as follows to ensure stable service provision.
Please note that access to services and the recharge transfer service will be temporarily suspended during the specified time. We ask for your understanding.
We will make further efforts to reduce system errors and malfunctions and to provide better services and information.

  • Precautions when charging payda
  • When charging, if the deposit is made to a different account of the same member other than the registered account, the charge will not be processed.
  • If you do not apply for recharge and deposit money into the account you received when applying for recharge, the recharge will not be processed, and the application will go through an internal inspection process during business hours (excluding weekends) and you will be notified of the processing result 24 hours later.
